Are you a software company or a consultancy?
Both. We build and license our own software, including SheratonOS and Prism AI. Our portfolio also includes the Nightingale AI demonstrator. We provide founder-led business consultancy, AI implementation and bespoke development. You can work with us on a specific product or a wider transformation.
What happens in an ARC Business Audit?
A paid, scoped engagement to understand your business, customer journey, workflows, systems and commercial priorities. The deliverables are agreed before we begin and can include a systems map, AI opportunity assessment, KPI baseline and a prioritised 90-day roadmap.
Do you only work with interiors businesses?
No. Shehryar’s operating experience comes from kitchens, interiors and premium home improvement. Arc applies those systems principles to businesses across industries, adapting the workflows and software to each organisation.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes. We assess what is working, where integrations can help and what genuinely needs rebuilding. Software choices follow the business requirements. Migration, integration and custom development are scoped before implementation.
Where do you work?
Arc Intelligence is founder-led from London, UK and Abu Dhabi, UAE. We work remotely and arrange in-person engagements where appropriate, with travel and delivery arrangements agreed in advance.
How are engagements priced?
Audits and implementation are scoped and priced separately. Software licences, ongoing support, managed services and founder advisory have their own recurring arrangements. We confirm deliverables, timelines and fees before work begins.
